Your Opportunity: Each project requires the intentional orchestration of individuals, teams, and organizations. Project management and Leadership are the planners and organizers who bring together and coordinate the moving parts.
The Work
Project Management and Leadership includes traditional Project Managers and Engineers, as well as our Foremen and Superintendents. We are looking for candidates who not only display exceptional leadership and live our values, but who also have the technical skills and feel for our specialized work that only experience can bring. While our Project Managers and Leaders are people leaders, they’re also actively involved in the day-to-day work in the field.
Your Career

Project Managers and Leaders take on a spectrum of roles and responsibilities in their career with Hi-Way depending on project size, scope and need, as well as development opportunities.
