Our Field Specialists and Technicians closely monitor and fine tune our work to ensure we meet specs and deliver on our commitment to excellence. From quality control technicians and surveyors to our team of concrete paving finishers and experts, these are roles that require expertise that both experiences provide.
Your Opportunity: Our primary product is paved concrete surfaces, and our projects need highly skilled and attentive specialists and technicians in the field.
The Work
Specialists include skilled concrete paving laborers, concrete finishers (cement masons) and saw operators. They follow the paver to ensure high quality workmanship and provide the “fine” and “final” touch on our projects. Other specialists include drivers and mechanics, who maneuver and service the highly specialized equipment we use for our concrete paving operations.
Technicians include our Quality Control, Survey and Controls teams and ensure the pavement we’re putting down is within design specifications. These roles require extensive formal training and certifications, as well as general knowledge.
