Your Opportunity: Every project needs a strong roster of Laborers and Operators. These positions are in high demand at Hi-Way (they account for over half of our annual new hires), and we believe our best specialists and leaders come from these positions.
The Work
Laborers are the “hands” of the operation. They participate in preparing areas for concrete paving and working around heavy equipment and pavers, and they take on many other key building tasks on the job site.
Operators run the machinery that moves earth and paves concrete. They reshape the areas where we work and help build solid foundations for our finished products.
